Maintenance meetings
All maintenance contracts with Four Degrees West include at least one quarterly meeting at our offices. If this is impractical, we’ll arrange a conference call with you. We won’t be satisfied until we are sure that you are completely happy with our service. We’ll review website statistics with you, discuss future plans, and suggest ways in which we can further improve your search engine positioning.
Content Management System (CMS)
Alternatively, we can incorporate a Content Management System (CMS). A rich text editor is used to update a database and a web page pulls the information from the database. Our comprehensive content management system is provided in return for a small monthly maintenance charge. This allows us to monitor text changes for search engine purposes as well as offer support.
